Annaburg. At Agritechnica 2025, ANNABURGER
Nutzfahrzeug GmbH will present the extensive facelift of the TeleLiner HTS 24D.07. The TeleLiner series has been on the market for 15 years now and is therefore a pioneer among universal spreaders in terms of high flexibility thanks to its hydraulically telescopic
side walls. As a result, load compartments with volumes ranging from 19 m³ to a maximum of 32 m³ (with silage tailgate) can be achieved. The quick change between spreading device and silage tailgate using a tool-free fast-fitting enables rapid change from spreader to silage wagon, even during the season. Like the ANNABURGER universal spreaders in the E.04 & H.04 series, the TeleLiner also has a centrally located moving floor gearbox. This enables an impressive loading width of 2.30 m. This enormous width allows for a shorter and therefore more manoeuvrable design with the same volume. ANNABURGER uses this advantage of the wide moving floor in the universal spreaders of the sister series to lower the loading height with the same construction length and also to lower the centre of gravity.
Two trailers in one
The TeleLiner HTS 24D.07 as an universal spreader is equipped with a spreading device for exact spreading of lime, compost, muck, chicken, hors manure and other organic fertiliser, with three shredding beaters positioned one above the other, which feed the material to the two large spreading discs, each with six highly wear-resistant throwing blades and a diameter of 1.13 m. The side wall extensions, which can be extended hydraulically on both sides, either together or individually, from 1.20 m to 2.00 m, allow the loading volume to be optimally adjusted to the respective spreading material. With the side wall extensions fully extended, the volume for transporting chopped maize and grass increases to 32 m³ in a combination with a silage tailgate.
Thanks to the fast fitting device the trailer can be reаitted from a spreader to a silage wagon in a short time. It can also be used as a transport trailer for sugar beet without any problems thanks to its low transfer height with the side wall lowered on one side, increasing the number of operating hours per year.
New robust powertrain & increased service life of the spreading discs and throwing blades
For heavy-duty continuous use in contracting companies and large farms, the facelift focused on maximising wear resistance and minimising wear cost for the customer. The extensive improvements include the introduction of double-row chains for the shredding beaters and completely new gearboxes for the moving floor and spreader disc drive. The introduction of involute gearing increases durability, especially in the power transmission from the moving floor gearbox to the drive shaft of the moving floor and the chain sprockets. The connection and mounting of the drive shaft of the moving floor has also been further reinforced to withstand even the toughest conditions. The material thickness of the spreading discs has been increased from 6 mm to 8 mm. For the throwing blades ANNABURGER will in future rely on highly wear-resistant boron steel, which is shaped using a hot pressing process to achieve an optimum spreading pattern.
In-house ISOBUS solution
Since two years ANNABURGER has been developing its own in-house solution for ISOBUS. At Agritechnica 2025 this solution will be introduced across all series, including the TeleLiner. ANNABURGER is thus strengthening its goal of meeting customer needs in the best possible way when it comes to ISOBUS control.
